Our refund policy.

We measure how often AI names your business before we start. Four weeks later we ask the same questions, on the same AI engines, and measure again.

If that number has not gone up, email us within 14 days of your four week results and we'll refund your £99.

The before-and-after is measured in your home town only. Other towns you asked for are measured to plan the work, and don't count towards the refund either way.

What you pay, and when

Findable is £99 to start and £29.99 a month. You pay the £99 when you sign up, and that is the only payment taken while you can still claim.

We keep your card on file so the monthly can start later. £29.99 a month begins on the day your claim window closes, which is fourteen days after we send your four week results. If we built or moved your site, hosting is £9.99 a month and starts on the same day, on the same invoice.

Nothing beyond the £99 is taken before that day. Cancel at any point up to it and no monthly payment is ever taken.

The refund covers the £99 starting fee. It does not cover monthly payments already taken. Because the monthly does not begin until the day your claim window closes, a claim made inside the window is always a refund of £99 and nothing else. If you take the refund, your site comes offline. If you stop paying hosting at any point, your site comes offline.

How to claim

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your four week results. Tell us your business name, and if the number has not gone up we will refund your £99 to the card you paid with.

Claiming also stops the monthly before it begins, so you do not need to cancel separately.

What "the number" means

It is how many times the AI engines named your business across the set of questions we measured at the start. We record those questions before any work begins, and we re-run exactly the same ones, on the same engines, four weeks later. We do not change the questions in between, because a before and after is only worth anything if both halves ask the same thing.

Hosting

Hosting is £9.99 a month and only applies if we built or moved your site. You can cancel it at any time. Monthly payments already taken are not refunded, and if hosting stops your site comes offline.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, not instead of them. Nothing here takes away a right you would otherwise have.
