Terms
Terms of service.
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms are between you and Paul Sales, trading as Findable. You can reach us at [email protected].
By paying, you agree to these terms. If something here does not work for you, email [email protected] before you buy and we will talk it through.
What we do
For the £99 starting fee we:
- Measure how often AI engines name your business when someone asks for your trade in your area, and record the exact questions we asked
- Build pages on your website aimed at the questions the measurement says you can win
- Fix your Google Business Profile and your listings on the directories the evidence shows matter for your trade, where applicable
- Re-measure after four weeks using the same questions on the same engines, and send you the before and after side by side
If you do not have a website, or we cannot publish to the one you have, we build you a new one as part of the same fee. Hosting it is charged separately; see below.
What it costs
- £99 to start. This covers everything in the list above, including building a website if you need one. Taken when you sign up.
- £29.99 a month for continuing work: more pages each month, replying to your Google reviews, and monitoring the technical health of your site. It starts on the day your claim window closes, fourteen days after we send your four week results, and not before. Cancel any time up to that day and it never starts.
- £9.99 a month for hosting, only if we build or move your site. It starts on the same day as the monthly and is charged on the same invoice.
All prices include VAT where it applies. We take payment through Stripe. Stripe keeps your card on file so the monthly can start after your four week results; we never see or store your card details ourselves.
Refunds
If the number has not gone up at four weeks you can claim your £99 back. The full terms, including how to claim and what the refund does and does not cover, are on our refunds page. That page is the authority: if anything here appears to say otherwise, the refunds page wins.
What we need from you
The work depends on things only you can give us, and we cannot do it without them:
- Access to publish pages to your website, or your agreement to move it to our hosting
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile
- Answers to the questions we ask after you pay: your services, your areas, your address
If we cannot get these, tell us and we will either work around it or refund you before we start. If you go quiet for more than 30 days after paying and we cannot begin, we will email you, and if we still hear nothing we will refund you and close the job.
Things we are honest about
We do not control what the AI engines say. What we control is the work, the measurement, and the refund if the number does not move, which is why the refund exists.
Your content stays yours. Pages we write for your site are yours to keep, including if you take the refund or stop paying hosting. What comes offline if hosting stops is the hosting, not your ownership of the words.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, including before the first monthly payment is taken. Email us at [email protected] and we will do it straight away. Once your monthly has started, any billing email from us also has a link to your Stripe billing page where you can cancel yourself. Cancellation stops the next payment; we do not refund months already taken. If hosting stops, your site comes offline.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Most things are fixable and we would rather fix them. If we have not sorted it out to your satisfaction, you have your rights under UK consumer law, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have expected, such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Changes do not affect work you have already paid for.
