This page has two parts. Part 1 explains which document governs the Findable service if you buy it. Part 2 sets out the terms for using this website.
Part 1: Buying Findable
If you buy Findable, your contract with us is our Client Service Agreement. You read it and accept it, by ticking "I have read and agree to the Client Service Agreement" and confirming your authority to bind your business, on your agreement page, before you make your first payment, and we email you a copy of exactly what you agreed to. It is the whole agreement for the service. Nothing on this page, on our pricing or refunds pages, or said by anyone selling Findable, adds to it or changes it.
Findable is for businesses, not for private consumers. In short, the agreement says:
- Two plans. On both, we build, host and manage a new website for you, optimised for AI visibility, with a baseline audit and a four-week audit. Findable Complete also includes replies to your Google reviews, your Google Business Profile kept up to date, your business listed and kept accurate on relevant directories, changes to your website within reason (fair use: small edits, not rebuilds) and a monthly AI visibility audit. You pay by the plan you choose: Findable Complete, £99 x 12 (£1,188 in total); Findable Essential, pay in full, £499 once; Findable Essential, 6 months, £99 x 6 (£594 in total); Findable Essential, 12 months, £99 now, then £49.99 x 11 (12 payments, £648.89 in total).
- A minimum term on the monthly plans. On Findable Complete and on Findable Essential's 6-month and 12-month options you agree to make all the payments in your plan. If you end early, the remaining payments are still due, unless the agreement ends under the guarantee. On Findable Essential paid in full your one payment is the whole price.
- When monthly payments start (monthly plans). The day after your refund window closes: 7 days after we send your four-week audit results, which we send 28 days after your baseline audit, so normally 36 days after your baseline. No monthly payment is taken while you can still claim a refund.
- The money-back guarantee. If the number of AI answers naming your business is not higher at the re-measurement than at the baseline, you can claim back everything you have paid us. Our refunds page explains how it works. It is the only guarantee we give about results: we do not promise that any AI tool will name, recommend or cite your business.
- After your plan. The website transfers to you once your final payment has cleared (on Findable Essential paid in full, once your payment has cleared). Hosting is included while you are paying, or for 6 months from when the website goes live on Essential paid in full. After that, £29.99 a month Hosting and Maintenance is optional and only starts if you separately choose it. The optional service covers hosting, reasonable technical maintenance and small routine updates; it does not include ongoing AI visibility work. If you opt in, you can cancel it with 30 days' notice. (Clauses 9A and 15.1.)
- Who owns what. Your domain, logo, photos and other materials are always yours. A website we build, and our work on it, stays ours until your final payment has cleared, and then passes to you.
- Free to leave your current provider. Before you sign, you tell us whether an agency, developer, host or other provider looks after your website, domain, hosting or online marketing, and confirm you are free to leave them. Free to leave means any notice period has ended, or will end before we start. If you are tied into a contract you cannot leave, we cannot take you on yet. If you are not sure, we do not go ahead until you have checked.
That is a summary. If anything here differs from the Client Service Agreement, the agreement applies. If you have a question about it before you buy, email [email protected].
Part 2: Using this website
What this website is
findable.live describes our service and publishes our research and methods. It is general information, not legal, financial or other professional advice, and it can change. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is provided as it is, and you should not rely on it as a promise about your own business.
The free AI check
The free check asks AI tools a small number of questions about your trade and town and shows what came back. It is a snapshot from one moment: AI answers vary between days and between asks, so another check could come out differently. It is free, it does not commit you to anything, and it is not the measurement the money-back guarantee is judged on. Our privacy policy explains what we do with the details you give us.
Our content
The text, research, design and code of this website belong to us. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short extracts with a credit to Findable. Please do not copy pages wholesale or present our research as your own.

Liability for this website
We are not liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Your rights and ours as a client are set by the Client Service Agreement, not by this paragraph.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. A change here never changes a Client Service Agreement you have already accepted.
